Comparison of "Stand By Me" by Sam Cooke and The Beatles

I choose to compare the song “Stand By Me” by Sam Cooke and The Beatles. The song was originally wrote by Sam Cooke in the early 1960’s and later rerecorded by The Beatles in the later 1960’s. Even though this song was recorded again by The Beatles many people prefer to listen to the original version of the song.

In The Happenings, I choose to read the article about the raining. If this event were to occur at this campus it would very akward at first just having people paint random painting all over the place, but if everyone were given a spot to paint it might look neat. If everyone worked together to make a memorial of something it would be cool to see different paintings of things. I don't think that everyone at this campus would be able to do this exactly raining activity because there aren't gutters around the campus to paint.It also might be wierd seeing a lot of people painting in the gutters. I think the paintings would be neat if they weren't in the gutters.

Exploring:

This quote is from Amber:) page, it came from her rap that she wrote to describe herself. Amber was my roomate so I know how passonite she is with sea turtles, and her love for the sea. By expressing this in her song,it realtes to the writing to explore because she is talking about how she loves see turtles which will help her explore her career path as a Marine Biologist. This allows her to exlopore information about the sea and animals that live there, so she can obtain more information for her career she desires. I know she will do this too because she has had an internship at an acquimarium and was able to work with her favorite animals, sea turtles.
