Closure and Blood in the Gutter

My response to Chapter 3 of Blood in the Gutter by Jasmyne Black

I think it's funny how the comic writer could analyze how we all think. We make assumptions based on our senses that alot of things are present. When he mentioned that we understand that a country is present even though we have never been there, that's amazing. Is our thinking based on what we have been taught though? Or is it just plain our imagination? Where does our imagination start and begin? Comics are something I am never interested in reading, so when I saw that this assignment was a comic, I began to imagine WHY Dr. Conner?! But then I bridged the gap and just read. It presented sort of an understanding that we need to bridge the gaps and bring closure for our essays. Let each concept come together regardless if it is unrelated.
