I Feel So Alive

When I'm with him,
sitting,
just sitting.
And staring into his,
dark brown eyes,
seeing my reflection,
I feel so alive.

Holding his hand in the courtyard,
while,
talking to my friends,
I can feel his blood circulating,
throughout his body,
and I feel so alive.
Probably one of my favorite poems I've ever written.

I feel so alive,
when,
he,
holds me,
in,
his arms,
and I,
feel so alive when,
I can feel his heart,
beating,
throbbing,
pulsating.
I feel so alive when,
his lips clash with mine,
and I can feel his body,
pressed against mine,
and I just feel so alive
when we say our goodbyes
though time ticks so,
slowly while apart,
I know that everything will fall into place.

A place where,
I feel so alive,
and our lives are one.
