DANGEROUS: GENETICALLY ENGINEERED FOOD

Ehle- WORLD WIDE EXPERIMENT

It is important that people start to learn about where their food comes from, genetically engineered food causes unpredictable harmful effects that can create long term health issues. GE foods should not be consumed because this is a world wide experiment testing people, animals, and nature.

My Showcase convincing that genetically engineered food is an experiment. Genetically engineered food causes threats to our health, this food should not be consumed. People need to become aware of the danger of this food. America's food production is controlled by large corporations whom do not care about our health, but have an eye for profit. America's grocery stores paint an "agrarian America" picture with cows and farms on the labels of food. Yet non of this food is locally grown or organic and most foods are genetically engineered. Labels in America are misleading and USDA/Organic is the only food that ensures to not be genetically engineered. Genetically engineered foods should be banned or labeled, because people should have the choice to consume food that is not genetically modified. Genetically engineered food has not been tested over a long enough period and unfortunately my generation are the ones being tested with this food. You should think twice next time you do not buy organic milk. vegetables, eggs, and meat.
